No, on the contrary, it is massively important to help relieve back pain.

For most, the most comfortable way to sleep with back pain is lying on the less painful side with a pillow between your knees AND ankles (most haven’t tried a pillow between the ankle aswell as the knee). However, this won’t work for everyone, therefore the easiest way is to not overthink it and just find the most comfortable position.

There are multiple ways to relieve back pain, from losing weight, increasing exercise, changing daily habits, becoming more active, changing sitting posture, manual therapy, acupuncture, injections, and surgery.

This is varied depending on what is causing the pain, and how long you’ve had it for. The average is between 6-24weeks.

More often then not it is but it can be caused by so many different things. An example of this is kidney problems can cause back pain, and you can get infections or autoimmune disorders that can cause back pain. They are just a few examples of things other than injuries or posture that can cause back pain.
