Anyone can benefit from physiotherapy. Whether it’s someone young with a sporting injury, to someone older with knee osteoarthritis. We can help manage and treat pain in people of all ages with a wide variety of problems. From seeing people with sciatica, neck pain, hand and wrist pain, frozen shoulders, tendon issues we can help with it all.

People with muscle, joint, tendon or nerve pain is what we tend to see and treat. But it doesn’t just have to be for pain. Sometimes it can be to help re-build confidence in activity post injury or surgery, or to help people improve their fitness and health goals.

This can range massively depending on what the problem is. It often involves a mixture of hands-on manual therapy with advice and exercise prescription. Within a session we often start with manual therapy, which can involve different techniques, such as soft and deep tissue massage, joint and soft tissue mobilisations, manipulations (adjustments), trigger point therapy, Mulligan’s mobilisations with movements, nerve sliders and gliders, acupuncture or dry needling. We will often then go through exercises to help build resilience and strengthen or stretch those areas that need it to make the results last.

We also in this clinic have the option to take things further if needed, where we can carry out ultrasound scans and if necessary offer advanced treatment options such as Focused Shockwave therapy and ultrasound guided corticosteroid/ Cortisone injections or Hyaluronic acid injections.

We offer a range of treatments tailored to your specific health needs

Most people’s goal is to figure out what’s going on, reduce their pain and return back to the activities or daily tasks that their problems are restricting them from doing. This is exactly the goal we aim for with everyone. We aim to be able to shed light on what the problem actually is and explain this in detail to every patient as too often, people come to us and having seen other healthcare practitioners are still unsure what is causing their problem. Our next goal is to try and reduce your pain and get you back doing what you love doing whether this is running, golfing or being able to get out of your chair without feeling like you’re 200 years old!

The key benefit and outcome you will get is that we will take out time, listen to your concerns and together help build a plan to get you back to where you want to be.

Our physiotherapists are highly qualified healthcare professionals
